I am honored to host a retreat with John and Christiane Prendergast. For the past two years, I have had the gift of offering an intimate retreat where We are guided to that place within each of us that is completely at peace. During these four days We explore what our individual heart truly wants and we peel away the false stories, beliefs and conditioning that block us from accessing this heart knowing within ourselves. This practice of allowing ourselves to open up that vulnerable place within ourselves frees our ability to thoroughly experience all of life. The opportunity to practice these techniques with John and Christiane is a rare and amazing opportunity. Space is limited (No more than 20 participants) and first come first serve. No housing available. Please inquire through the contact link.
I truly hope you choose to attend this very special experience. Last year’s retreat was profound and I was so honored to have been apart of the experience. I believe this practice of allowing ourselves to open up that vulnerable place within ourselves frees old false stories and beliefs that repress our ability to thoroughly experience all of life. The opportunity to practice these techniques with John and Christianne Prendergast is a rare and amazing opportunity. Space is limited (No more than 20 participants) and first come first serve. Limited housing available. Below is a brief description of the retreat.
“The Great Intimacy”
In this retreat, we will explore how to tune in to our deeper self through the felt-sense of the body. Our bodies have a natural sense of intimacy and authenticity - particularly as they are freed from the conditioning of our limiting beliefs, reactive feelings, and somatic contractions. As these veils are seen and felt through, we grow in our self-trust, inner authority, and genuine intimacy with life. Through dialogues, dyadic exercises, guided and silent meditation, body sensing, and subtle yoga, we will explore opening our heart and whole body to the great intimacy we are capable of. We will also learn how to stay present with difficult feelings and to question the beliefs that we use to defend our hearts and reinforce a separate sense of self. Together we will inquire, share, and play as we explore our edges to opening to our true nature and the intimacy and authenticity that spontaneously emerge. Please bring comfortable clothes for morning yoga.
